arlenis has really grown on me so much over the last couple of months. she is such a stunning and versatile model and this editorial proves it. in agreement with the editorial title, i completely believe that one can be chic without breaking the bank, it adds to the fun having to rake through tons of thrift clothing to find that one particular treasure.
